Question: What are fashion fantasy's shipping rates?
Answer: Our shipping rate is calculated on the ACTUAL WEIGHT of your order, We use Speed services and only dispatch to your nearest Post Office or P.O. Box. Door-to-door postage starts at R120 per delivery.
Question: How can I track my order?
Answer: All orders are shipped with tracking numbers, when orders have been send we will then sms you with a tracking number to collect your parcel the following day.
We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we'll assist you with a prompt refund or exchange. Returns may be acceptable based on manufacturer's defect or sizing problems. All items must be new, clean and unworn with all tags attached. All items must be returned in original packaging. No refund will be given if returned item has been worn or damaged.
By law, there are restrictions on the return of some intimate garments. Any garment containing a crotch cannot be returned once they have been removed from their package. They cannot be returned since they may have been tried on and/or worn. Panty garments and hosiery are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances except for product defects and then only for an exchange.
Due to the nature of hosiery products, we cannot accept returns of hosiery that has been tried on, as they stretch to out to conform to your shape. Items must be received within 5-10 Business Days once return authorization has been obtained, no exceptions. Fashion Fantasy will credit your card or issue a store credit within 30 Business Days. Please note that you are responsible for all shipping and handling costs when effecting a return.
